Welcome to Covenant Place
Your golden years will be ones to treasure with traditional and specialty care at our traditional assisted living facility in Alabama. Founded in 2002, COVENANT PLACE of GARDENDALE is a traditional assisted living community dedicated to the dignity, care, and comfort of our residents. We're designed to foster social interaction and staffed to assure prompt attention to our residents' personal needs. Individualized care plans encourage independence and promote safety. From the well-trained staff to our philosophy of active care, to the single level, barrier-free design of the building, Covenant Place is committed to the overall well-being of our residents.
Covenant Place is designed in the tradition of fine southern homes. A column-lined entrance bordered by beautifully landscaped grounds welcomes guests inside. Additionally, our familiar living room, dining room, and den are elegant and inviting. Numerous porches, courtyards, and interior open spaces provide frequent opportunities for visitation and relaxation.
Residents can relax in the comfort of their own apartments. Each apartment is spacious and bright with a large picture window in each room. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, a large private bath with a walk-in shower, and a separate heating and cooling system. Two distinct floor plans are available to meet our residents' needs and can be personalized to meet their needs.

Welcome to Covenant Woods
Since 2006, Covenant Woods has operated as a Specialty Care Assisted Living Community dedicated to the dignity, care, and comfort of our residents in Gardendale, Alabama. We are specifically designed to foster social interaction and staffed to assure prompt and caring attention to meet the unique needs of Residents who face the challenges associated with memory loss. Those challenges, and in the manner in which they are managed, highlight a philosophy of care and design that focuses on our residents and their well-being through physical and mental stimulation, socialization, and managed nutrition and medication. This is done in a safe and secure environment with a staff that has been specially selected and trained in this unique setting. At Covenant Woods, the entire focus is on our residents.
Both Covenant Place and Covenant Woods are staffed and designed to allow and encourage social interaction and independence while being attentive to residents' personal needs. We are members of the Assisted Living Association of Alabama (ALAA).
